  • Performance Report
    Performance Report provides information about the amount of time an employee spends on using a computer and related percentages. This report includes information and duration of Computer Usage Rate, Time spent away from a computer, Duration of the Work, Duration of the Personal Transaction, and Seat Value.
  • List Report
    This report provides detailed information about the transactions performed by employees and the names of the visited websites. This report gives several outputs such as Time of the transaction, employee, Department, Type of the transaction (Work, Personal) Duration of the Special Transaction, and name of the application.
  • Distribution of Apps
    You can select an application among the list of the used applications and you can monitor which employee(s) are using this app and which transactions are made.
  • Areas of interest
    You can display the interests of selected employees or the entire company. The system analyzes the visited websites and categories them. This report provides detailed information about the transactions carried out on fields such as Politics, Life, Sports, News, Law, and Travel.
  • Weekly Report
    This report is prepared based on the working days of the week and you can monitor days with higher computer usage or frequently performed transactions (work or personal tagged). Therefore, you can determine the most productive day of the week.
  • Time Tracking Report
    This report shows the hours with more work-related or personal transactions made within the work hours, therefore, allow you to arrange break times efficiently.
  • Software-Based Report
    You can monitor the list of the used software and their usage times. Therefore, you can make more effective licensing.
  • High Score Lists
    This report lists the employees with the highest work-related or personal transactions based on their productivity. Thus, you can monitor the most and least productive employees within a single report at once.
  • Attendance Charts
    Through this chart, you can track employee attendance statistics, the number of absence days, and reasons for these day-offs with color codes. You can also monitor employees on annual leave or sick leave on this screen.
  • E-Mail Reports
    The system can send regular reports about the transactions made by the employees through e-mails. You can customize the content of the e-mail by defining the reports and employee(s) that you requested.
  • Word & Tagging Management
    On this screen, you can manage the descriptive words for tagging activities as Work-Related or Personal.

    AntiZAN allows you to select the data to be monitored or authorized personnel to display the collected data according to the PDPL. Therefore, AntiZAN offers you great flexibility regarding the PDPL.

    This screen gives a list of computers that send data before but stopped data transfer for a reason and also the information regarding the date of the final data transfer.

    This screen gives a list of computers that client software installed but no employees have been assigned yet.

Client Properties

  • Reports for Employees
    Your employees can see the reports regarding their transactions. These reports include List Report, Time Tracking Report, and High Score Lists.
  • Feedback
    An employee may have visited some websites for work-related purposes. For example, an employee may have visited gumtree.com and carried out some transactions for the company. The system defines this transaction as a personal transaction. In this case, the employee may make a request to change this transaction to a work-related transaction by providing an explanation. The system may confirm this request or send it to an administrator for approval.
  • Private Mode
    If an employee wants to make a private correspondence or use a chat platform, and if he doesn’t want to restrain this transaction from being displayed or reported by the administrator, he can activate the ‘Private Mode’ and stop data flow. During the ‘Private Mode’, the administrator obtains only information that the employee performed a personal transaction. And this transaction is added to the list of personal transactions of that employee, however, the details of this transactions are not included. The administrator can change the authorization to use the ‘Private Mode’.
